Hi,

The doorbell works fine. If I touch the two wires (white and light blue if that means anything) door bell chimes too. So the circuitry is fine, but why the wires don't have power? I even verified my multi-meter actually works. The house was built in 1996. Possible it has a different design that the wires don't provide power?

Please help.
